Bilingual (Spanish) Treatment Coordinator Requirements

Ability to write and speak fluently in Spanish

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or relevant field

Minimum of (1) year experience working with children with special healthcare needs

Meets transportation requirements (No history of DUI, a year free of vehicle accidents, valid vehicle insurance, valid vehicle registration, and valid state inspection sticker)

Will allow agency to run a DCYF CANTS clearance check

Will provide the agency with an original BCI from the Rhode Island Attorney General's office
Job Duties include:

Write and speak fluently in Spanish. Translate for Clinician and family to coordinate services and plan implementation.

Write Behavioral Treatment Plan and create treatment materials to address individual client's needs.

Manage the hiring, training, and treatment schedule of the direct service worker.

Perform data collection under direction of Clinician; prepare data reports for analysis by the clinical team; collect and disseminate all documentation to and from collateral service providers.
