Even if your kids don't play organized baseball, you'd want Dave Belisle to be their coach.
After his Rhode Island team, Cumberland American, was eliminated from the Little League World Series Monday night, Belisle delivered a welcome dose of perspective and encouragement to his teary-eyed troops in an impassioned postgame speech.
The guy is so eloquent we don't want to spoil any of it. Given the horror stories about youth sports coaches, Belisle's love for his players and the game will stay with you.
"They don't make them like Dave anymore," one commenter wrote on YouTube.
And, yes, Tom Hanks, there is crying in baseball.
