Children's Services

Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS)
This behaviorally-based program helps to provide structured, individualized support to children and adolescents building essential skills in communication, behavior regulation, and daily living within the comfort of their home and community settings.
Services are guided by a licensed clinician and delivered by trained direct support professionals who work closely with families and clients to reinforce teachings, track progress, and promote long-term growth. HBTS is designed to empower families, reduce challenging behaviors, and support each child in reaching their highest level of independence and well-being.

Personal Assistance Services & Supports (PASS)
The focus of the PASS program is to help children and adolescents build independence and succeed in their daily routines. Workers support youth in developing practical skills such as self-care, safety awareness, organization, and community access.
This program is always tailored by a clinician to match the child’s individual abilities and goals. Services take place in the home and community and are designed to promote confidence, foster independence, and give families structured support that helps their child thrive in everyday life.

Respite Care
Respite Care provides temporary, planned support to families of children with special healthcare needs by offering short-term relief from daily caregiving responsibilities. Respite workers step in to ensure the child’s safety, engagement, and well-being while caregivers take time to rest, attend appointments, or manage other responsibilities.
Families will need to apply for respite through EOHHS (Executive Office of Health & Human Services). To qualify for this service, the child must meet an institutional level of care.
